- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. prep
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 10 equal portions, and roll them into tight balls with your hands.
- Flatten each dough ball with your hands to about ¼-inch thickness and place a cube of cream cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cream cheese to seal it.
- Roll the stuffed dough balls again with your hands to ensure the cream cheese is fully enclosed.
- Place the stuffed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, brush with whisked egg white, and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the bagel bites cool slightly on a tray before serving.
