Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups lite coconut milk can substitute with almond or regular coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana must be frozen for best texture
  • 2 ¼ cups frozen pineapple fresh pineapple can be substituted
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey adjust sweetness as needed
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract adds natural sweetness

Method
 

  1. Add the coconut milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, honey, and vanilla extract into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Use a tamper to push the ingredients toward the blades.
  3. Continue blending for 30-60 seconds until the texture is smooth and thick.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve right away!
