For the Mushroom Gravy:

Instructions
Step 1: Patty Preparation
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper
Form into 6 oval patties
Create dimple in center of each patty
Step 2: Cook Patties
Heat skillet over medium-high heat
Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side
Remove and keep warm
Step 3: Make Gravy
Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter
Add flour, then broth
Simmer until thickened
Step 4: Finish
Return patties to gravy
Simmer 5 minutes
Serve hot
