Instructions
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper
Grease parchment paper lightly
Make Batter:
Whisk flour and salt
Cream butter and sugar (3-4 minutes)
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla
Fold in flour mixture
Bake:
Pour batter into pan
Bake 25-30 minutes
Cool completely
Glaze:
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice
Add zest
Pour over cooled brownies
Let set 30 minutes
