For the Pasta:

Instructions
Mix Seasoning
Combine all fajita seasoning ingredients in a bowl
Set aside
Prep Pasta
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente
Reserve 1 cup pasta water
Drain and set aside
Cook Chicken
Season chicken with half the fajita seasoning
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet
Cook chicken 6-8 minutes until golden
Remove to plate
Cook Vegetables
Add remaining oil to pan
Sauté peppers and onions 5-6 minutes
Add garlic, cook 30 seconds
Make Sauce
Add broth, scraping pan bottom
Pour in cream and remaining seasoning
Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened
Stir in Parmesan until melted
Combine & Finish
Add pasta to sauce
Return chicken to pan
Toss everything together
Add pasta water if needed
Garnish with cilantro
Serve with lime wedges
Notes
Cut all vegetables same size for even cooking
Don't overcook the pasta - keep it al dente
Let chicken develop golden crust before stirring
Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed
