Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup water For making simple syrup
  • ½ cup granulated sugar For sweetening
  • ½ cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed from about 3-4 lemons
  • 1 ⅔ cups cold water Adjust based on your preferred lemonade strength
  • 3 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup Flavoring syrup such as Torani brand
  • Ice As much as desired for chilling
  • Fresh mint For garnish

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves completely. Simmer for about 4–5 minutes.
  2. Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice with the simple syrup. Add cold water, blue raspberry syrup, and ice. Stir everything together and taste to adjust the sweetness or strength by adding more water if needed.
  4. Pour the lemonade into glasses and garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
